    Technical Service Manager


    1. To manage & execute Technical activities within responsible area and ensure a consistent global image of the brand/company.

    2. To act as a good liaison partner between MDS and MD for organization of joint Technical activities

    3. To support project and Technical service planning, strong communication with logistic company, construct company, exhibition center; on site management coordination during exhibition

    4. To assist the line manager in carrying out supervisory responsibilities in direction and coordination of the team in accordance with the management’s policies and requirements. To assist the line manager in developing a team spirit, encourage a better cooperation within the team and other departments (applicable to Supervisor or above position)


    1. At least 5 years experience in project management (exhibition/brand activities project)

    2. Professional background requirements: experience in design, construction or related industry

    3. Good team player with pleasant, self-motivated, detail-minded and outgoing personality with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

    4. Excellent English (CET/IELTS 6 or above) in both oral and written skills.

    5. Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, MS Internet Explorer/Netscape Navigator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, CAD, Chinese word processing etc.

    6. Multi-tasking, mature, well organized, responsible, work independent and efficient. Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.

    1. The primary focus of a Telesales Specialist is to place inbound and outbound calls to promote our events through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling;

    2. Achieve sales targets in assigned projects or territory;

    3. Conduct pre and post-event telephone to build and maintain a strategic-relationship/partnership through regular call;

    4. Collect and understand market situations and competitive information;

    5. Assist Sales Manager to explore sales opportunity and monitor sales progress of the team to maximize the profit of the assigned;

    6. To record all sales in the CRM program provided.





    1. At least 3 years sales experience

    2. Experience working in a Call Centre or in Telemarketing function would be a plus;

    Assistant Project Manager job duties:

    1. Overall Responsibility

    This role is to be responsible for a part of the total revenue and a defined contribution to the assigned shows

    2. Show Organization:

    • Drive growth through aggressive exhibitor sales

    • Help to compile project plan, marketing plan, sales strategy paper and sales action plan

    • Manage (key) accounts, responsible for the assigned event(s) achieve 100% of financial target. To work with project co-ordination team, technical team and marketing team to ensure the quality of the events

    • To be responsible for floor plan management, contract and payment collections and customer service

    • Ensure maintenance and growth of exhibitor database / CRM System (ensuring high data quality)

    3. Cooperation and Management:

    • To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues

    • To develop and maintain good working relationships with business partners, including trade associations, trade boards and relevant supporting media. etc

    • Compile competitive show reports


    • Bachelor degree or above

    • At least 3 years experience in project management, exhibition industry experience is preferable

    2. Reporting line: As the Project Director, the Employee shall report to the Deputy General Manager of the Company.

    3. Job description

    • Lead, take charge & responsibility for the smooth & systematic running of operations of the business

    • Budget/Target, Profitability & Cash Flow delivery of the business

    • Achievement of the overall budget/target for a half and conference-wise budget/target as set out at the beginning of the half for the entire sales team

    • Overall smooth operation of the various departments to ensure the delivery of above.

    • Cross department team motivation & management

    • Managing Large Corporate Accounts and ensuring maximum share of pocket from them.

    • Take charge & responsibility for the smooth & systematic operations of the sales team and prepare customer-wise strategy for a long-term win-win relationship.

    • Develop & monitor effective monitoring mechanisms to test the energy, efficiency & effectiveness of the sales team.

    • Keep communication with Chinese partners, and make sure to achieve the whole show sales target.

    • Keep good communication with MD projects team, and MDS supporting teams (such as Marcom team, Technical team, Finacial Team), to achieve the project management.

    • Keep good communication with MD Global Head for Strategic Direction, Collaboration and joint growth opportunities
