  • Assistant Technical Service Manager

    Assistant Technical Service Manager

     

    Responsibilities: 
    1. To manage & execute Technical activities within responsible area and ensure a consistent global image of the brand/company.
    2. To act as a good liaison partner between MDS and MD for organization of joint Technical activities.
    3. To support project and Technical service planning, strong communication with logistic company, construct company, exhibition center; on site management coordination during exhibition

     

    Skills/Qualifications:

    1. At least 3 years experience in project management (exhibition/brand activities project)
    2. Professional background requirements: experience in design, construction or related industry
    3. Good team player with pleasant, self-motivated, detail-minded and outgoing personality with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    4. Excellent English (CET/IELTS 6 or above)  in both oral and written skills.
    5. Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, MS Internet Explorer/Netscape Navigator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, CAD, Chinese word processing etc.

  • Project Director

    Project Director job duties: 
    1.Lead, take charge & responsibility for the smooth & systematic running of operations of the business and team members
    2.Set/define and achieve the overall budget/target

    2.8+ years’ work experience with minimum 3 years’ experience in handling cross-department teams.

    5.High level of integrity on handling sensitive and confidential information.

    Assistant Project Manager job duties:

    1. Overall Responsibility

    This role is to be responsible for a part of the total revenue and a defined contribution to the assigned shows


    2. Show Organization:

    • Drive growth through aggressive exhibitor sales

    • Help to compile project plan, marketing plan, sales strategy paper and sales action plan

    • Manage (key) accounts, responsible for the assigned event(s) achieve 100% of financial target. To work with project co-ordination team, technical team and marketing team to ensure the quality of the events

    • To be responsible for floor plan management, contract and payment collections and customer service

    • Ensure maintenance and growth of exhibitor database / CRM System (ensuring high data quality)


    3. Cooperation and Management:

    • To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues

    • To develop and maintain good working relationships with business partners, including trade associations, trade boards and relevant supporting media. etc

    • Compile competitive show reports


    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree or above

  • Project Executive

    Position:

    Project Executive

     

    Project Executive job duties: 
    1. Show Organization

    Sales / Exhibitor Service Promotion: Sales Support for the whole team. Responsible for customer relationships and sales materials preparation according to the project’s requirements. Collecting/invoicing for booth and conference fees, responsible for account checks.
    Visitor Promotion: Executive visitor organization plans and program communication as well as assisting with development of promotional materials.
    Events: Organization of conferences and symposium at shows
    It is encouraged to provide original suggestions on problems or innovative ideas to the project group for discussion
    Ensure maintenance and growth of exhibitor database / CRM System (ensuring high data quality)

    2. Cooperation with other areas

    Coordinating with Technical Services Team to meet the demands and questions of the organizers and exhibitors on field services
    Maintain contact and resolve issues together with the MarCom department to ensure the team’s promotion goal, and report to the line manager timely when unable to solve;
    Receive application forms, issue payment notices, communicate and resolve exceptional matters in them with Finance department and project group leaders;

    Position:

    Marcom Manager
    The Marcom Manager works with the Head of Marketing and Project Directors in developing and implementing the strategic and tactical marketing plans trade shows.
    The Marcom Manager  will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to the setup of conventional and digital marketing campaigns, management, reporting and budgeting.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage & execute marketing communication activities within responsible area and ensure a consistent global image of the brand/company.
    2. Act as a good liaison partner between Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Messe Düsseldorf for implementation of joint marketing communication activities.
    3. Support project marketing planning, procurement and implementation. It includes advertising, exhibitions & customer events, media & public relations, publications, promotional articles, internal communications as well as the setup of Chinese version of corporate website.
    4. Assist to develop current activities on all digital fronts including website content management, SEO, email marketing and social media campaign management on Wechat and Linkedin together with the project and sales team.
    5. Maintain and develop existing campaign database in CRM
    6. Compile monthly digital marketing reports and make suggestions for campaign optimization

    Skills/Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, public relations(PR) or related discipline
    2. 3 or above years’ experience in managing and executing (digital) marketing campaigns
    3. Experience in using Baidu AdWords, Google AdWords and proficiency in understanding of keyword optimization tools
    4. Experience working with multiple media vendors preferred
    5. Excellent English (CET/IELTS 6 or above) in both oral and written skills. Proficiency in spoken and written German is an advantage.
